  • CW Network Distortion

    We are aware of a Macroblocking issue on CW network programming. This is currently being investigated. We will update once the issue is resolved.

  • WZMQ OTA

    Signal has been restored as of 3:16 PM

  • WZMQ Off Air

    We are currently experiencing issues with WZMQ transmission due to possible network/power issues at the transmitter site. I will update once I have more information. Thank you.

  • WICU Closed Captions

    We were notified of issues with the closed captions during Kelly Clarkson today at 2PM. The file itself has closed captions, however they are not displaying correctly over air. We will be rebooting the WICU Encoder card during the last segment of Kelly Clarkson, (During a non local break) to resolve. Thank you.

  • Network Issues Reported

    we appear to be experiencing network issues that are impacting our video delivery services. We are actively investigating and will update once we have more information. Thank you.

  • ❗WICU/WSEE OTA❗

    I wanted to send out a notice that, there appears to be an issue with the WICU/WSEE transmitter. The issue started approx 15:13 PM ET. I have notified local engineering who are currently troubleshooting. No ETA at this time. Thank you.

  • WENY OTA Status Update:

    As of 12:54 ET on June 16, 2023, WENY over-the-air feeds are stable. The receiving microwave equipment’s power supply was replaced, and the MUX cards were rebooted. A backup IP transport ASI signal was added in case of signal transport failure via microwave. We will continue to monitor the situation.

  • WENY OTA Outage:

    We are aware that once again, our WENY over the air feeds are showing distortion. This is being investigated. We will update once there is more information. Thank you.

  • ❗WENY OTA Signal Disruption:

    We are aware that some viewers and providers are experiencing distorted WENY over-the-air signals. We are actively investigating the issue and expect to have a resolution by 3:30 pm ET. Thank you for your patience.

  • 🟢WENY OTA Reported Outage:

    Power has been restored to the WENY Transmitter site by NYSEG. Over the Air Transmission has been restored. The power outage lasted approximately 3 hours and 34 minutes, from 12:49 PM to 4:23 PM ET on June 14th. According to our sources, the outage was caused by a tree falling on one of the phases.…
