We are experiencing playout issues which required a reboot of a playout server. Please stand by as this system is restarted and brought back online.

Emergency router reboot – issue resolved
Hello, around 10:15 PM we noticed issues with play lists not taking routing commands. After some troubleshooting we determined the router for our automation had faulted and needed a reboot. At this time it appears we are stable.

Major Server Restart 1:00pm EST
We have an emergency restart scheduled for a primary automation server starting at 1:00pm today. This is necessary to fix some current issues. An update will follow after we’ve confirmed stability.

Electric has been restored
As of 10:20 am Electric has been restored and we are operating as normal. Thank you for your patience.

Planned Electrical Outage
Our local electric company is in the process of replacing an electric pole. They have estimated 2 hours or less of power outage. Generator power will keep us up until they’ve completed. An update will be sent out as soon as the job is completed.
