3PM EST, it is noted we had an issue with our firewall CPU usage which caused disruption on internet and services.
As per support, a firmware update was applied. Issue still persists.
Further investigation is required to determine as to why the CPU is still operating at max.
Currently, services are operating as normal, however, bandwidth is limited.
We do not anticipate any further interruption, as we investigate UDP traffic further.
