EZMQ CBS Channel – Intermittent Black Video – Ongoing Investigation

Our investigation into the recent video encoding issues has focused on the video path to the encoder. While video transmission appears to be functioning correctly, the encoder card itself was generating errors related to “Audio Late Input Discarded” and “Incorrect Input Video Format.” As a troubleshooting measure, we replaced the encoder card with a different unit. These error messages have since ceased. We will continue to monitor the situation for any recurrence.
