Our Primary ISP has reported light level issues on our fiber.We have a tech coming from our ISP in about 10 minutes.
Once we verify the issue has been resolved we will switch back to our primary ISP.
If you are currently having troubles connecting to our FTP site. You can perform an “ipconfig /flush dns” in command prompt and the DNS will resolve to our backup isp.
